Title: Parisian Nights
Author: Louise Bay
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: May 11, 2016
Blurb
The moment I laid eyes on the new photographer at work, I had his number. Cocky, arrogant and super wealthy—women were eating out of his hand as soon as his tight ass crossed the threshold of our office.
When we were forced to go to Paris together for an assignment, I wasn’t interested in his seductive smile, his sexy accent or his dirty laugh. I wasn’t falling for his charms.
Until I did.
Until Paris.
Until he was kissing me and I was wondering how it happened. Until he was dragging his lips across my skin and I was hoping for more. Paris does funny things to a girl and he might have gotten me naked.
But Paris couldn’t last forever.
*Previously released as "What the Lightning Sees: The Complete Series".
My Review
I really enjoyed Louise's other books so I was looking forward to starting this new one.
This time the story focuses on Jake and Haven. Haven is a journalist and Jake is a photographer. When they are asked to work together on a project sparks fly. I really liked how the author developed their relationship and let it grow. They both had issues and insecurities to over come and together I thought they did this well. Haven is a strong character and loved that she didn't let Jake mess her around. I believed this previously published as three novella but I read all three together in one go. It was very well written and had a good flow.
Overall a great emotional but sexy hot read that I really enjoyed.
* I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review
