Wow what a great read, I really didn't expect this to be such a heart shattered emotional read. I really felt that the author took us on a journey with Hunter and Lizzie.
Everyone Hunter has every cared for has left him, now he's a loner and doesn't want to drag anyone into his darkness. Lizzy doesn't want to date however there is something about Hunter she can't seem to stay away from.
I loved how this story developed and how she slowly got to know the characters. Both of them were great. I loved how the author really wasn't afraid to express the characters feelings and emotions whilst both dealing with the issue they are trying to keep at bay. It was a great read and I was hooked from the beginning. It's told in duel POV which really added to being able to know the characters. I can't wait for more.

Skylar Heart loves sexy romances and has a particular soft spot for broken boys and their damaged girls. When she’s not reading or writing steamy stories, she loves to nap with her two cats, preferably under a fluffy blanket, and play videogames.
