My Review
This is the second book the the Combative series and I loved it.
I'm going to try and write a spoiler free review but it's going to be hard not to give anything away.
This time the story focuses on Nate and we get more into his background with Bailey. I was hooked from the very beginning and I certainly couldn't tell where the story was going.
It was great to get a background to Nate and seeing his relationship with Tiny his right hand man and then also his growing relationship with Bailey.
The story didn't really answer any questions I had left over from book 1, if anything I have more. I can't wait for book 3 to see where the story goes and what happens to these characters. The story is told from duel POV which was great and really added to the story. I really liked Nat's characters after reading his POV's and now I really hope for a HEA out come for all the characters. I can't wait for the next book because I don't have a clue where Jay McLean will take the story.
Overall another great installment in the series and hopefully the wait for book 3 won't be too long.
